Are you all ready for an early start on Sunday morning – The CPS Beach Crawl along one of the most beautiful coastlines in the world, right here on our doorstep.
The weather may or may not be a factor, but only if you let it. The lovely soft light in the mornings lends itself to some wonderful images – what a wonderful way to start the day.
Sunday 26 July
1. Meet 6.00am at Machans Beach, Cinderalla Street Carpark
First light 6.22am – Sunrise 6.45am
Low tide 11.41am (.9m)
High tide 5.27am (2m)
2. Then head to Southern end of Yorkeys Knob by approximately 9.00 – 9.30 am
3. Then Palm Cove Jetty area and brunch at the Surf Club 11.00 am onwards.
Bring your tripods, any filters, insect repellent and a happy disposition. Bring your umbrella &/or wet gear. Plastic to throw down on the sand, so you can lie down and take some different POV photographs. Be adventurous.
If you wish to stay longer at Machans Beach fine. Or leave earlier and head to Yorkeys. But it will be lovely to end the day all together at Palm Cove for brunch from 11.00am onwards.
